Profiles
A profile is a whole setup: which modules are on, their settings and binds, your control panels, and how the menu is laid out. Keep one per server, or per play style, and switch between them.
Open the Profiles window from the launcher, or use .profile:
| Command | |
|---|---|
.profile | list profiles |
.profile load <name> | switch (made from your current setup if it doesn’t exist) |
.profile save <name> | copy the current setup to a new profile |
.profile delete <name> | delete one |
Friends, global keys and your theme preferences aren’t part of a profile: they’re the same everywhere.
Your files
Everything lives in .minecraft/myriad/:
profiles/<name>/: a profile (modules, the menu layout, control panels).themes/: your themes.myriad.json: global options and key actions.friends.json: friends.addons/<addon>/: what each addon saves for itself.
Myriad saves a moment after anything changes, writes every file safely (a crash mid-save can’t break it), and keeps a
.bak of each from the start of the session. Settings of an addon you’ve removed are kept, so adding it back loses
nothing. .reload reads the profile from disk again, if you’ve edited it by hand.
